Kenny Carpets, Western New York’s oldest specialty carpet and flooring store, was started in 1960. From the beginning founder Paul Freidman realized he could offer the people of Western New York huge savings by buying directly from the nation’s carpet manufacturers in large quantity. Kenny Carpets has relied on this same simple method for over 50 years. We stock over 1000 rolls of carpet, 1500 carpet remnants, over 200 rolls of vinyl floors, and over 100,000 square feet of wood and laminate flooring.

They didn't order enough carpeting for my second floor..they also never apologized or tried to recover from this gross error in any way. It is 3 days from Thanksgiving and I don't have my entire hallway carpeted and I have company coming. They never took responsibility or said it was even their mistake. they kept blaming the guy who measured for the carpeting. I honestly don't care whose fault it was..all I know is that I don't have any carpeting and the poor guys who were putting in the carpeting had to tear up all the tack strips they put down ...NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
