Brigham and Women's Faulkner Community Physicians in West Roxbury provides preventive and urgent care services and health care planning. On-site laboratory services at the primary care West Roxbury location are available. The patient portal (Patient Gateway) can be used for appointment and referral requests, viewing lab results and messaging with staff regarding non-urgent matters. We also have appointment availability with our social worker and podiatrist in Boston.
