These ppl are loving, and care about the pets that come in like they are there own couldn't ask for any better and wouldn't go any where else thank you all for your love and support!!!
I am very pleased with them. My chihuahua was recently attacked by another dog and her eye popped out. It was after hours but we had no choice but to take her in. He met us at the clinic and managed to put her eye back in place but unfortunately infection set in after a couple of weeks. I took her back in and "Julie" went out of her way to get her scheduled for surgery the very next morning. She explained to me why the surgery was necessary and what to expect when I picked her up the next day. Being this was unexpected I didn't have the money to pay up front. They allowed me to pay what I could and the rest in payments. I would DEFINITELY recommend this clinic.
Love this vet clinic. They are very good and caring people that will roll over backwards to help. I am a kennel and have used them for every little thing They do not over charge even on meds! Available for emergencies and for regular hours. I too have had to help in C0Sections after hours. No vet has 9 arms! Dr. Burden, Green and Scott have helped me in numerous ways and everyone else is friendly and they CARE!

I have taken all my animals here and our pets along with us were treated with kindness and compassion. We had a sick cat and instead of having us do something simple and it not being what needed to be done they explained to us what we should think of doing and it worked.Luckily our other cats just needed neutered and shots but I would never go anywhere else.

I took our beloved Miniature Chihuahua (Chico) in to West Plains Veterinary Clinic after hours one day approx two years ago. The vet dr. Geoff met us there. I had to pay the BIG vet bill for me to have to assist the vet in the c-section, me and my approx 11yo son had to revive all the puppies, then I had to assist the vet in reviving our beloved Chico when he killed her on the operating table. I noticed when he was giving her the anistetic when she wouldn't go to sleep right away he just kept giving her more and more and more. Then once we had delivered all the puppies and he was stitching her back up I noticed she wasen't breathing and I told him I don't think she is breathing and he checked her and said I think your right and he started chest compressions and told me to continue the chest compressions while he went and got something for her, when he came back he had a handful of syrenges and when I asked him what they were for he said it is a counteractant to the anistetic that he ha
