Twin Bridges provided just about the worst service imaginable. The cabin we booked was actually a double-wide trailer with dead bugs all over the carpet, holes in the walls, and severe water damage and mold just about everywhere. One of the couches was missing the back cushion and the full kitchen lacked a functional oven (which was not communicated to us and we had brought food that needed to be cooked in the oven). The morning of the float, we decided to eat breakfast at their caf. There was one cook, two servers, and just about 30-35 guests trying to eat breakfast before their float. Our meals came out in mixed up order and it took over an hour for all 8 of us to finally have our food. This put us about 30 minutes late to our beginning float time. When we finally began our float, we noticed about one mile in that one of the rafts they provided had two visible holes in the bottom that leaked water. In addition, the raft itself was leaking air through the MANY previously patched holes. It was losing air very quickly. It eventually became nearly impossible for anyone to even sit in/on the raft. When we found phone service, we called Twin Bridges and they said they would bring us canoes at the next drop point. It took us about three hours to arrive at that next drop point as we were trying to lug a half-deflated and leaking raft behind the good raft the entire time. However, when we finally did arrive at that drop point, they were not there. There was absolutely no phone service here so we had no idea what to do. Luckily, there was somebody there that was willing to drive us in his truck up to a spot to get service. When we got a hold of Twin Bridges they said they didnt know exactly which drop point we would be at so they just didnt come at all until we could call them. This was contrary to what the previous person said on the last phone call. Therefore, if that nice man was not there willing to drive us to a spot for service, we would have been stranded at that drop point.Twin Bridges then told us that they were picking us up instead of bringing us canoes and letting us finish the float. I believe this is because they were worried that we would be late to the pick-up point after all of these issues (which wasnt our problem). Therefore, we only got to float for about 6 miles of the 12 mile float we paid for. The 6 miles we DID float was with a half deflated and leaking raft, and we didnt even get to enjoy our time because we were trying to rush to meet them at the drop point that they never went to in the first place. Then (I know, the story just keeps getting better), they told us they would pick us up in 30 minutes. We waited at that drop point for nearly two hours. The staff members miscommunicated about where to go and they went to the wrong place. When we finally arrived back at Twin Bridges, we went to speak with the office staff about the fact that we were unable to take the full float as a result of their lack of communication and proactivity. The entire staff has a communication issue and are rather unprofessional, as they argued and blamed one another for the situation in front of all of us. In fact, one office staff talked very poorly of the very own facilities she was running. However, none of these staff members could help us. We had to wait for the owner to return. When we did get to speak with him, he was not very understanding or accommodating what-so-ever. He offered to comp us for ONE of the rafts. When we explained that the float was ruined for all EIGHT of us, not just the few on the faulty raft, he then decided to comp us for both rafts. With the conditions of the cabin and their incredibly poor communication and unwillingness to accommodate and fix the mistake they made, we had no intentions of returning. However, he refused to refund any part of the trip. We would have never paid what we paid for that awful cabin if we werent floating, and then we didnt even get to float. There is a

The "cabins" were NOT cabins, they were trailers and 1/2 trailers. Ours smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. They were not nice at all. I would not recommend this place to stay every.
