Our service area includes, but is not limited to, West Plains, Thayer, Willow Springs, Cabool, Alton, Mountain View, Mountain Home, Mountain Grove, Houston, Salem, Rolla, St. James, Lebanon, Cuba and the surrounding rural areas. Our West Plains Office is located in the Howell Valley Medical Park down Bill Verdon Blvd, between to the West Plains Ambulatory Surgery Center and Southern Missouri ENT.
