My daughter took a friend in to check prices on switching from his verizon plan to her at&t plan. He wasn't going to be able to afford it right now so they said maybe later and left. When he started for home he realized he had no service. Turns out that the employee deactivated his Verizon number but since he didn't sign a contract he is now without a phone until Monday when he has to take off work and go have them manually fix their mistake. She had no authorization to deactivate anything. He was simply checking for prices.

this place is HORRIBLE. they have sold me two faulty chargers TWICE & refused to swap them EVEN THO THE RECIEPT SAYS 14 DAYS YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT. i am very disappointed. the first charger was 65 dollars the second one was 25 dollars. load of bull!!! plus to top it all off the lady was super rude! she's lucky i wasnt in the store myself when i talked to her.
