Terrible customer service. Demeaning tone, rude and lack of professionalism . These people are sharks and they don't do their job right. Their customer service is terrible and I don't know what type of business would hire them to service their community

Terrible customer service. Rude!Lack of professionalism. This company will claim that you didn't call them because you didn't leave a voicemail and all to make a quick buck on towing your car and your guest's cars. Pedro's customer service skills are terrible and he won't transfer to a supervisor.
