Their chemicals are overpriced and they almost demand services that are not necessary. We've been doing business with them for 2 years now and after almost every visit, they say some big service is needed. After I questioned the chemicals the "supposedly" used on the last visit, they insisted that my salt container used the salt they charged me for when I know it was full since I bought the salt and filled it to the top the day before they came. They make their money on overcharging customers for supplies and services not needed. The owner is no better than a used car saleman. Before I had a chance to pay last month's bill, they sent me a statement with a $10 interest charge on a $70 bill. Desperate much? No thanks.

I highly recommend Suburban Water conditioning....After having a new whole house water system installed a year ago by another company I got feed up with their lack of response to my calls for service because water was still nasty. I contacted Suburban and their service man came and discovered the new system was never installed properly and required a very minor fix. He went into great detail and explained everything in a way I could understand it. The system now works great and my water is clean and clear of any odors.... Thanks
