Neighbors had recommended Rosner's after they had purchased an entire kitchen of appliances and added they would not buy from anyone else. Thinking they would be more expensive, I checked prices at Lowe's on when my washer decided it had done enough work. The washer and dryer were over 17 years old. After getting those prices and learning it would be three weeks before delivery could be made at one of Home Depot stores, I thought I'd check the price at Rosner's. Not only was it the same price for the same product, the pedestals for the washer and dryer were "less" expensive and delivery would be could be made in four days. It was the weekend! I spoke with Lee and received the best service! It was delivered early on the day they promised by knowledgeable and courteous delivery men. A few day after delivery Lee followed up to see if all was OK and if I was happy with the purchase. Guess what? I will use them from now on!
