General Info
Rock Recovery is a recreationally based recovery program. There is a sober living house associated with our facility in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, next to the weekend famers market. We offer 6 groups per week that focus on traditional therapy, EMDR for trauma victims, and neuro/biofeedback. We provide catered meals during groups from a nutrition focused company. The day starts with a crossfit exercise with a certified instructor. They are not required to participate. Client's will then go with a clinician, who is certified in recreational therapy, on kayaks, snorkeling excursions, nature hikes, and many other activities with a therapeutic focus. Yoga, acupuncture, and physical therapy are some other services that we provide.
