I do not recommend this place to anyone. The employees are sorely lacking in customer service skills; they are very poor examples of persons in public service. They possess poor time management skills, and penalize their clients for it by denying services or assistance. Their main tactic is intimidation; they demean their clients, and attempt to bait them into arguments by making rude, insulting statements. They also like to deny clients their civil rights using the aforementioned tactics. Calling them is pointless. You leave voicemail messages that they then claim to never have gotten. When other methods of contact are utilized (i.e. they become offended, and upbraid you for creating verifiable documentation of contact attempts). If I were grading them, I would be hard pressed to give them a D-. The majority of their clients are women with chidren who rely on the subsidies to provide shelter for their families, which leads me to theorize that is the reason for such behavior(s).
