Cindy Hebding is an outstanding sales person. She was concerned that we have exactly the car we wanted and continued to work to make that happen. Even when some problems were encountered, she remained reassuring and went the extra mile to make us happy. This is our 4th Hyundai, but the first we purchased at Napleton. No need to look elsewhere. This is our 4th Hyundai purchase and the 2nd from this dealership!!! This is my 2nd Tucson, my husband had the Tiberon, and we purchased a Sonata for our daughter. We are definitely a Hyundai family and repeat customer. I would have purchased the Sante Fe if you would have had the 3rd row seating. Don't go too crazy on your upgrades and pricing...you are good where you are, don't loose the everyday driver!!! My salesperson Todd Holcomb was great! This is the 9th Hyundai that I have been involved with buying for my immediate family and by far his sales approach and ability was the best. I had some time constraints and at times he was actually running through the showroom to help expedite the sale. He treated my like I was buying the car from a friend or relative.

The dealer is moving to a better facility next year. I test drove a Genesis V8 & will probably buy one in January.

I started out with internet sales with Robert Lazar. I was tired of driving to several different car dealers (several makes) to only leave after the numbers did not work for me. So, I decided to try 3 internet sales to try and save time. The only dealership to e-mail me back and talk numbers were Robert Lazar from Napleton's. I never received an answer from Honda and Nissan after several back and forth wanted me to come in so we could really talk PRICE. I was so impressed by Robert that I drove over 60 mile to Napleton Hyundai. I was treated like a Queen once I arrived. The manager came out to greet me and thanked me for driving the distance. I said to save money and feel that I was being treated fairly the drive was well worth it. I also enjoyed the drive home in my new car. I drove past several other Hyundai dealerships to go to Napleton's, but felt the drive was worth it.

The people that worked there...everyone was friendly and knew what their job was and did it quickly and efficiently. Great job by everyone that worked with us.
