Joe, they did a great job. Really appreciate your value and how nice it is to have this albatross of an installation off my shoulders. I didn't catch the 2 guys' names, but left this review on Google:
Joe's son and a coworker came in to install some French Doors that I bought at Home Depot. After 2 handymen failed to get the doors installed (even going as far to say as it wasn't their fault, but the door manufacturer's fault for not being straight) Joe said he would send some guys out to finish the job. And they did, and it looks amazing. The 2 men on the site were extremely courteous, helpful, and explained why the other guys had such a hard time. I am so glad I called this company and wish I had called them before anyone else. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future for any door/window problems and/or replacements. Thanks so much Joe for your quick response time with the emails and phone calls, and for getting this done within 3 business days from our first email. Since the price came in under what I was expecting, I even got the chance to tip the workers a little extra; you can't beat HMT Windows and Doors for value, expediency, and professionalism.
Admittedly, it sounds canned, but I assure you it's 100% sincere. Thanks again for everything.

They'd let you know in advance when to expect them and what it would cost. The men that showed up were quick, clean and did a good job. Completely satisfied.
