      I recently closed on a house in Cresswind at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Ga. The Mortgage Company was CTC Mortgage and my contact was John Craig at Cresswind. Home closings are always of a concern, especially with the unexpected. Yes, there is a lot of signing of documents, but a lot of it was done over the Internet and was handled at home. John explained each document before my signing. Also the loan rate that I received was very competitive with other lending institutions.
      I will have to say it was a very smooth experience and I highly recommend CTC Mortgage and John Craig.

      John of CTC mortgage was very helpful in obtaining a loan on our home. We walked us through all the information that we needed.
      And did a lot of waiting until I had all the papers that were needed.
      He was easy to work with.

      We just closed on our new place at Cresswind at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, GA.

      Our experience with CTC was very pleasant, professional and made quite easy with the help of your representative, John Craig.

      Everything went smoothly, while John kept us apprised of everything we needed to know and do throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend CTC services and John Craig.
