Before anything I want to say "Thank You" and that's why I'm leaving this review for you guys. It's hard for me to compare to other companies as I've never been through this process before. The only thing I can say is once again "thanks" to barbies for helping me out and making every effort in helping me bonding out someone dear. The agent explained to me the entire process beginning to end, letting me know what to expect based on his knowledge and experiences. And he certainly was very knowledgeable. Even after the the bond process the agent has called me every now and then to make sure everything is ok with the case and offering help however he can. Now that's service and something i don't see much anymore.
