We will promptly prepare an independent repair plan and analyze the damage to ethically, courteously and professionally work with your insurance carrier to return your property and contents to pre-loss condition pursuant to industry standards and the International Building Code. Atlantic Restoration Services, Inc. has been in business since 1979, and guarantees all workmanship for 5 years. Insurance companies do not guarantee the workmanship of the preferred vendors they recommend. Any guarantee is only as good as the financial stability and ongoing viability of the contractor providing the services. Being dependent on future work, the preferred vendor cannot be independent of the insurance company. Two masters equal disaster as insurance vendor programs present an unavoidable conflict of interest in the aftermath of a disaster.
