I highly recommend Precious Hands Home Care. Grace is kind, friendly, caring and very easy to get along with. She arranged a live-in caregiver for my mother who was battling cancer. The caregiver, Ida, was very experienced and caring. She took very good care of my mother during her final days and I got the feeling that Ida really cared about my mother's comfort and feelings. She told me that she likes being a caregiver because it's a job where you can really make a difference. When I heard that I knew she was the right person for my mom. Grace was so flexible and accommodating with my mother's ever changing schedule between the hospital, rehab center and home. I had to call her several times with last minute changes and it was never a problem. She made these difficult times easier by being so flexible and able to meet our needs quickly. Thanks so much to Grace and Ida for your wonderful support during this difficult time.
After my aunt, who is in her early 80s arrived home from the rehab, my family had a great experience with precious hands home care. Weeks before, my aunt had fallen when walking down the stairs of her home. Before the fall, my aunt had lived a healthy and independent life. She is very energetic and being independence is very important to her. After the rehab, my aunt insisted on resuming her independence and receiving minimum home care from immediate family members. She soon realized that she needed more help than her immediate family members could offer. At first, we struggled to find flexible and experienced home care services to provide support to my aunt when walking around her home and at the same time respect her desire for independence.

I got home care for my mum a few months ago, after she broke her leg. I felt the agency was very personal and took the time to make sure my mum had a caregiver whom she got along with. I am glad I found the agency.

I really like their services, they have great staff who are well commited to their job and are always there when needed. they have the greatest love and respect for the elderly in giving them comfort. Once you get there services you will never look back . My grandmother who is 80 years old has been with them for a year and everytime she talks about the service she gets she always have a smile on her face. I would really recommend this service to anybody.
‘Precious Hands Home Care’ has been there to give comfort, and provide unique care needs. It is a wonderful Service and has employed wonderful gentle personnel who are very well trained. They help to support independent living at home. The Home care personnel are available to provide clients company and engage in conversation, or to sit down to share a meal together 24/7. A personal contact such as this is proven to enhance the health, happiness and quality of life of seniors these angel hands provide: this includes washing, drying, ironing and putting things away shop for groceries at stores of their clients’ preference and run errands, such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office etc

I desperately needed a home health aid for my grandmother...she's 87 yrs old and just had came out of the hospital....I found Precious Hands and well I was very pleased with the way they took care of her. Our home health aid is very professional, she is always on time, and attends to my grandmother with lots of care and compassion. She is really a part of our family now The nurse calls every once and a while to see how things are going. Well its been 2 yrs now and i am still very pleased with Precious Hands' services. I would highly recommend.
