Leon & Toby Cooperman JCC is a fitness center that offers a variety of weight management and training programs. It operates Helen Messing Memorial Pool and Ken Heyman Memorial Pool. The center has an aerobics studio, basketball and volleyball courts, and early childhood and health and wellness centers. Leon & Toby Cooperman JCC features free weights, cables, treadmills, Cybex equipment, stair climbers, stationary bicycles and stretching areas. It is a part of JCC MetroWest, which is a social, recreational, cultural and educational center that serves in an area of 400 square miles. JCC MetroWest supports a variety of programs, including infant and toddler day care, aquatics, sports leagues, after-school care, leadership development, summer camps, Jewish celebrations, enrichment classes, special needs activities and skills development.
