The most disgusting experience in my 23 years of renting from this company. Desiree who is the assistant manager (lied and said she was the store manager and no one above her) is rude, condescending and lacks the professionalism to be in any leadership role at ERAC. I filed a complaint on Thursday, April 19 and yet to hear anything from management. I called customer service and have to wait for a call back. Unfortunately at 8:20am today I spoke to Desiree to confirm me dropping off the car on Sat during closed hours and she informed me that I will be charged for four days instead of two in what appears to be a retaliatory move. When I mentioned I wasn't giving a proper walk through and was unaware of the gas level and time of departure because I was shaken by the altercation she laughed and asked why would I be shaken...this is beyond disturbing. I have no reason to believe this is her first time doing this.

I will definitely NOT go there!!! They charged me extra $500 in the final bill several days after I dropped off the car.

Best customer service in the area, wonderful choice of vehicles
