I highly recommend BTII and their instructors. As a scientist I took this program to increase my career options. It was challenging but the instructors were knowledgeable, very experienced and very patient with all of the students. Sharon, the school Director gives each student the attention and support to ensure that we succeed in passing these difficult exams. They are there late evenings and weekends to support us. Not only did we pass, we passed with very high grades. With their help I passed the: PMI-PMP®, ACP®, Scaled Agile Framework Agilist, SAFE® Advanced Scrum Master, and SAFe® Product Manager/ Product Owner exams. I know that I could not have done this without their support. I am participating in their Job Search program. They have helped me write a great resume and LinkedIn profile and prepare for interviews. The companies come to BTII to interview the students. At BTII I have interviewed with many companies including: BASF, KPMG and Pearson VUE. I currently have a job offer. I am so happy that I chose BTII. I now have top certifications, a great resume, great interviewing skills, and great new friends including the instructors who support us even after the program is over. The alumni often come back to visit or recruit and I understand why. They have created a supportive environment that feels like an extended family which you cannot find in a very large institution or university.
I highly recommend BTII Institute. I took their Project Management course remotely from New York and easily passed my PMI certification exam on the first try. The instructor and course materials were excellent.

I took several great Microsoft courses at BTII Institute. The instructors are wonderful! They make sure you learn the material thoroughly. They really care. I highly recommend this school and the instructors. The owner, Sharon Bussey, runs the school very professionally, while being very warm and personable. She spends extra one on one time with students who need extra help. The lovely and comfortable school decor contributes to the learning environment. When I take additional courses, I will attend the school again.
