DID NOT HONOR CONTRACT- HAD TO GET LAWYER INVOLVED: Venue coordinator change 3 months in. Did not honor children rates, fluctuation on vis processing fee from 2% to 4%. The day before to push our ceremony time from 11:00 to 11:30am despite the start time on the contract. Did not execute setup as per discussed, no bridal attendant until cocktail hour, DJ had to pitch in with favor set up, Florist had to pitch in with ceremony set up. So disappointing!
