This dealership should be ashamed the way they treat their customers. Yelling calling names and misdiagnosing issues then making excuses not to do the warranty work. This has been the worst possible experience I have ever had. Not sure how a business can treat their customers this way. Service department missed huge clues into a major engine issue and now wynn and volvo deny the warranty claim. If you are a hard working am arrival who looking for friendly helpful service go elsewhere!
