      I left a wool rug to get cleaned, was told it would take 2 weeks. it took 6 wks to get it back.... left another rug, was told it would take 2 weeks, not only was it not ready in two weeks but it took 3-1/2 for them to call me and let me know they couldn't clean it. I will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them to anyone
