The Excalibur Family Fun Center is a nice place for children and families to enjoy fun, games, rides and more. The party area is nice but too small. The prizes are NOT worth the money spent in the center. I spent over $1200.00 and got very small prizes and 6 pieces of candy. I know the prizes are sold in bulk or gross; so why not get some prizes worth playing games for; like inflatable baseball bats, beach balls, teddy bears, etc. (I know there are places that allow business such as Excalibur to buy bulk for little to nothing). Also, the machines fail to give the proper points and tickets. When you ask for help; some of the workers act like they have no clue who should help you. The number of tickets for the bumper cars and laser room are too high. Bringing three to five children and paying for yourself is EXTREMELY expensive but the children enjoy it so that is why we keep coming back but spending less money.
