Furnace went out on New Year's Eve, gave Chad a call at Design Heating and Cooling who offered to come out that very night. We instead met the following morning where he was able to quickly, competently, and fairly diagnose what was causing our furnace not to run, at a very fair price. I highly recommend Design for their honesty, competency, and not trying to push new systems which too many other HVAC companies do. There is no doubt in my mind we will be using Design for a new system, and I would highly recommend Design to my friends and family.
Don't do business with this provider!!!! The provider was a no call/no show. They could have at least called the customer to let them know that they were not coming to provide service. Unreliable Not Professional
