If I could give less than one star I would. I had booked them for our wedding, gave them a deposit to save our date, when I tried to make additional payments it took them about 3 months to deposit my check. I had contacted them other times before the wedding to make sure times were all set up and everything was good to go. Wednesday before my wedding I called them to make sure everything was ready for Saturday, they first told me that they "didn't have us in the books for Saturday and they would call me back" when they called me back again they told me that "the limo bus I reserved was hit by a garbage truck and wouldn't be able to show up for my wedding." They offered me a school bus that they painted black, the pirate ship bus(you can find on google), or my money back. In the meantime my fiancé at the time had contacted another limo company in the area and that limo company had told us that another limo place had contacted them and were asking if they had any limo buses because they had over booked. I told celebrity Limo that I would take my money back, they told me my check would be in the mail the following day. We had our wedding on Saturday, left for the honeymoon that following Monday and came back home a week later to no check in the mail. We called celebrity limo again and they told us "they thought they sent it" we told them that they had until end of business day the following day to get us our check or we will have to take authoritative actions. Never heard from them the following day so I contacted a lawyer who has been helping me in getting my money back, but still nothing yet.I had posted about this on my Facebook page and another girl actually reached out to me saying that Celebrity Limousine did the same exact thing to her they just changed their story slightly telling her that her bus had "gotten hit by a waste management truck" and they "can offer an access bus or the pirate ship bus." I just hope this post helps people to not book with them
