Best customer service around. From the delivery guy who always chats me up if I am outside gardening, the tech people who have been here to service and repair our furnace to the same cheerful voices who always take our payment by phone. We have yet to experience a rude person! Truly a great company that excels in helping their customers out. No bullies and seem to answer all of our questions with "no problem".

Excellent service. I accidentally ran myself out of propane on a Sunday. When the propane delivery truck arrived, the driver showed a lot of hustle. I asked him how many other calls he had. He replied, "none, you're my first call". He showed greater concern for our fuel needs than we did. Thank you, Scott!
