Cumberland Elementary School is a family-oriented school that provides a variety of educational opportunities and extracurricular activity programs for students. It has an annual enrollment of more than 500 students. The school offers classes in kindergarten through grade three. Cumberland Elementary School s academic curriculum includes classes in art, music, speech and language art. The school also maintains a parent council. It offers the English as a New Language program. Cumberland Elementary School administers several events, such as the Cumberland Costume Carnival, Family Math Night, Family Art Night and musical programs. The school employs over 50 faculty and support personnel, including a media specialist, occupational and physical therapist and counselor, as well as nurses and custodian staff members.
