If your computer breaks down or network goes down with the same problem within 30 days of the repair, we will fix it free of any labor charge. Any warranty work or repairs must be diagnosed and performed by Star-Tech IT Solutions or the warranty is void. No warranty for virus/adware infections, operating system crashes, or software. Parts used for repairs, or any equipment sold to you are subject to the manufacturer's warranty only. Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts or equipment that you purchase. All sales are final, no refunds. If you are not 100% delighted with any of our services, Star-Tech IT Solutions will do everything reasonable to resolve the problem for you.
