General Info

The Home Builders Association of Utah is the organized representative of the home building industry in the state of Utah. We directly represent those who have chosen home building and its related industries as their lives' work. We are an organization driven primarily by the need for effective government relations and meaningful input into public policy. It is our desire to enhance our effectiveness in government relations through effectively mobilizing our broad-based membership and achieving greater participation throughout the industry. We strive to ensure the quality and integrity of our industry through educational and industry-wide networking opportunities. We participate in civic activities that enhance the social fabric of our communities. We also promote safe and affordable housing in general, and home ownership in specific. We are affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders ( NAHB ) and it's more than 220, 000 members. In Utah we also have seven local Home Builders Associations, listed under Local Associations in the main menu.
