This little shop was a great find! Vincent is very friendly and knowledgable. He even makes house calls for persons who own Grandfather clocks. I took a few watches in for battery replacements and wrist band adjustments. He took care of me right away. He made sure that each watch was comfortable, and not too tight after the adjustments. He really made sure that I was completely satisfied. Where can you find that kind of service anymore?
