They don't have a clue to what they are doing. Defective tires. Will not stand behind their products. This place is a real ripoff.

What a terrible place. They should not even be in bussiness. They have no idea what they are doing.They sell you defective parts then say it is not there problem. I had a manager there tell me "its not me its Mavis." Do you not represent Mavis? Would never go back to any Mavis tire.

Not recommended!! Every time I went there, after I left I found that something else had broken or needed repair. Three times in a row. I finally wised up and never went back. The owner/manager also called my older car a "piece of junk". It's older cars like mine that keep his business in business. Mavis in Haverstraw- NO! instead choose another Mavis or go anywhere else.

I would definitely not return. The workers there are incompetent of the job are not aware of what they're doing. I went in for simple brake pad changes and they remvoed everything even the brake shins! I later returned because they kept making noises. As per the worker "he's never worked on a new car"! That should have said enough. When I left the shop everything was okay. However, four days later the noice came back. That was when I decided I would bring my car to Toyota. They informed me there that Mavis did everything incorrectly and I had to pay an additional $500.00 to replace my brakes!!!!!!!!!!!I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!
