I had never placed an ordered from this company before, but I figured I'd try it and let me tell you...I couldn't be more pleased!! I placed an order for some fixtures and some glass. Not only was everything in the package wrapped perfectly, all the glass was carefully packed and wrapped on its own. I figured UPS would have damaged the package loading it or unloading it especially with glass, but the glass arrived perfectly. And when I had a question in reguards to the fixture working with a particular piece of glass, I called the help line. The person on the phone couldn't have been more helpful answering my questions. It's reassuring to know there are still places out in the world who take the time to have a conversation one on one with you and not transfer your call to India or some other Middle Eastern country. It is safe to say I will certainly be ordering from Grand Brass again in the future!!

Ordered two hurricane lantern globes. Paid more than $10 for priority shipping. When it took them 5 days to even begin the shipment process, I emailed to request action be taken so I'd be a satisfied customer. They responded by stating they were going to the post office to get the package back, and to cancel my order. I told them I still needed the product, but they canceled it anyway! Definitely I will stay away next time.
