I hate going to dentists, but I felt very comfortable here. Everything that was being done, I was advised of. The hygeniest was terrific.

After bringing my son for a checkup to see if he needed braces, the doctor said that he felt my son needed them, but there wasn't enough points for the insurance to cover the cost. Two weeks later I got a message on my voicemail from his office to come back in for another exam, and they said they think they found a way for the insurance to cover the cost. When I called back to ask about what could possibly be done that the first exam didn't cover, the secretary got tongue tied and told me she would get back to me. I then got a call from Dr. Connolly himself stating that I said things to his secretary that I never said and immediately dropped my son as his patient. The only question I asked his secretary is if I would get billed for this second exam. This guy seems very shady. Please be careful before bringing your children to this office!
