this is a new-er dunkin', their staff is very rude and they do not make your order correctly. one morning i placed an order, then asked for a 2x shot of esspresso, they replied' we dont have any would you like a small hot'... i said no, its not the same.. and the girl on headset game me an attitude about not wanting a small black and said in a rude tone, fine i was just asking. i dont need someone to give me an attitude that early in the morning about coffee, and definitly not if im a paying customer. that was the last time ill go there.. my other visits there were not great either. wrong coffee orders, they dont ring us the whole order, you have to sit and wait for somebody to notice your still at the window waiting for a sandwich,.. then need more money because they didnt charge you for it, then you give them a 20, and you get back a 10? thats an expecive sandwich,... yea so you ask for the rest of your change and its like pulling teeth to get the dollars back,... and then they still steal two dollars from me anyways! .. oh im sorry i didnt know it was manatory to take tips from customers especaily when you gave them poor service.
