Not to use this real estate company to buy a home. We bought a home using their company and not a month after buying, we had a flood in the basement. We found out that there was an omission in the disclosure, but it seems that no one will admit to it. Nice people, all in all, but honestly, if you are working for us, work for us, not the seller. We don't have the 15K to redo the damage the flooding did in the basement and if we would have known the problem, we would have fixed it before it happened.
