They seemed to be very nice and professional. They gave my business a phenomenal bid to do the excavation work at our soon to be new facility. However, we then told them to go ahead and start on the project as he had made a comment that he was looking for preseason work. He drug us on for 8 weeks saying "oh we'll be out there either tomorrow or the next day" always coming up with new excuses as to why he wasn't out there when he previously said he would be. Finally we were so fed up with their poor business we went to get our plans back so we could have another company do the job. When we asked for our plans back his response was "Yeah it's probably for the best being that I have no idea as to when we could even possibly fit you in now." Overall I was very dissatisfied with the way they ran their business. Not only was this guy extremely unhelpful & dishonest, we had a chance to express our concerns to the owner's wife who just rolled her eyes and said that it didn't surprise her. Nothing was done and now because they drug us on we are paying more for someone else to do it and try to squeeze us into their summer schedule. All because they continuously LIED to us.

Adelman Concrete did some concrete work on our street this summer. This seemingly routine work involved removing and replacing bad sections on sidewalk, but for Adelman Concrete it was too much to handle. One section of our heavily traveled sidewalk took 3 months to replace. We have a daycare next door who goes for walks everyday and had to avoid a makeshift rebar barrier for 3 MONTHS. Regardless of how many phone calls were made, it took a ridiculous amount of time and I would never recommend this poorly managed company for any project, big or small. Buyer beware, Adelman Concrete & Excavating does not care about its customers.
