      Luthens Law Offices, P.C. is a 47-year old law firm based in West Des Moines, Iowa focusing on Workers' Compensation Law, Personal Injury Law, and Medical Malpractice Law including: workers compensation claims (job site injuries and death, construction accidents); motor vehicle accidents; motorcycle accidents; trucking accidents; wrongful death claims; dram shop claims (accidents caused by intoxicated people who were over-served alcoholic beverages by bars); employment law issues (wrongful termination, harassment); medical malpractice (failure to diagnose; failure to properly treat); nursing home accidents; and premises liability claims. We have offices located in West Des Moines and Colfax, Iowa. We will come meet with you if you are unable to travel to either of our offices. Our firm is committed to achieving the best result for you in the most cost efficient manner.
