Four months ago, I contacted this company about a leak. The tech that came out told me that he couldn't fix it because he couldn't shut the water off at the curb. Today I finally got someone to come out to fix the curbside shut off only to find there was no problem with it. Total incompetence.

First of all, Ben Holt was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.He explained everything so it would be easy to understand and know what they were going to do.So we would highly recommend calling Ben for any questions you might have. Having been thru a flood he gives confidence that everything will turn out the way you would like it to. His team of installers were very prompt, courteous and showed confidence that installing of Air Conditioning, Furnace and venting would be done with there full confidence. So thank you Ben, Justin and Ty for the Great job you did and we would highly recommend your Company. Justin and Ty were very good at installation of furnace and air and worked very hard to keep us as comfortable as possible, answering any questions we had. Thanks guys for your

Called and spoke to a woman about my water heater not heating up and it was leaking. Told her i have HSA warranty and immediately i was told that they will not call HSA after they diagnose the problem because they would have to wait too long for the approval. Without the diagnose how will HSA know what to approve? Told the woman I will call HSA myself after i get the diagnose and she told me she will not have her tech wait 45 mins while i call HSA for the approval. I ended up calling HSA and they sent someone out within an hour after i spoke to the rep. It took 5 mins for a rep to be online to speak with me not 45 mins. A local business with competitions out there and they won't go the extra mile. I guess they have too many businesses so they don't care for more.

Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Install

Called on Monday to get an estimate on a tankless hot water heater and moving a gas line for the stove, set up an appointment for noon which they were not able to make, so reset appointment for Tuesday morning, they arrived early. We got an immediate estimate, agreed on the heater and the service and set an appointment for install on Friday. Later Tuesday afternoon received a call and they asked if we wanted to complete the install on Wednesday - we said sure! Technicians were here promptly in the morning and got started right away, they were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. They had to run another gas line from the meter to the basement to allow for a dedicated gas line for the hot water heater. They ran it outside the house hiding it as well as possible at the bottom of the siding and then through the section of the unfinished basement ceiling - can barely tell it is there. They mounted the water heater on the wall. They then moved the gas line for the stove, which was more difficult because they had to go over the duct work and work in a confined space. They capped the old line off like we asked, below the floor line and ran a new line to the new location). They then cleaned up the work area - probably better than it was before they started, which is greatly appreciated Overall the team was here for over 8 hours to get the job done, but my husband and I were very impressed with all they got done, it was a much larger job than we could have done on our own.

I work for a Catholic Church h...

I work for a Catholic Church here in Des Moines. We were having some issues with our toilets not shutting off correctly, not a huge problem, but we wanted someone to come take a look. I called Holt and the woman who answered the phone was very rude, and kept asking to speak to the owner of our business. I very kindly explained that we were a church, and I was authorized to make any purchases needed for maintenance, and offered for her to speak with our Business Manager for further confirmation. She kept repeating "I need to speak with the owner, no one else" Finally I gave up and called somewhere else who fit us in that day! DO NOT USE HOLT!
