Do not use Ron Taylor and if you do don't use his contractor! I bought my first home through him and they were working together to sell me a house and the screwed me he said the house was fine! Well it wasn't fine the roof leaked the basement leaked and the furnace didn't work and need replaced so I'll be heating my house with electric heaters this winter! I would go somewhere else or use someone else! You should be taken care of when buying your first home and not scammed
