      I’m a proud Iowa State alumnus, and I didn’t go too far from my alma mater when I opened my agency in Des Moines in 1983. Iowa is a great place to raise a family, and my wife and I are thrilled that most of our kids are still in the area with our 10 grandchildren. My wife, son and step-daughter are part of the agency, and we’re proud to be a family-run business. We are thankful for all that this community has given us, and we give back as much as we can. We are long-time supporters of the Royal Family KIDS camp, which benefits foster kids, and I’m also a board member for the group.
