Worst experience in a medical office I have ever had! My daughter was referred here by our family dentist who wasn't comfortable dealing with the issue because it needed experienced pediatric care. Upon entering the office you could hear several kids screaming from the back room. Once the dentist came in, i had to hear about how she was an hour and a half behind and didn't have time to deal with this. The dentist kept telling my daughter that she wasn t listening and she needed to do what she was told. There was no empathy from any of the staff as my child was screaming and crying they just kept making it worse. Then they told me that they didn't have time to take care of it that day and I needed to come back in 6 days. Needless to say I told them how I was feeling and had my family dentist ( who has always made time and always always been comforting to both my daughter and me )refer me to another pediatric dentist. My daughter has other medical issues and we have had more than our fair share of doctor appointments and never have I felt this horrible after leaving an office. Even my daughter said she thought they were mean and didn t want to go back there and she never says anything bad about doctors.
