My computer is over 6 years old. I was having a lot of problems with it. I even thought I lost all my music and pictures. I took in to 600 monkeys. They had to keep it for 5 days but was worth it. Due to it kept crashing on them. They got it to work like new again without replacing expensive parts. I would recommend these guys and will be taking in my wife's computer next.

I took my laptop there and was very disappointed with the tech service there. Had two objectives for them to accomplish;get it so I could sign on to the Internet and get me linked into my printer. After three different return visits of failure, I gave up on them. Bad technical service in my opinion.
