I live 1/4 from this AT&T Store. I have had AT&T service and bought several phones in the area (Deptford & Cherry Hill) for over 11 years. My protective screen fell off yesterday and I had bought a double pack last year when I bought my phone. I went to this store and asked if someone could help we put the screen on. The manager there said NO! because I did not purchase the item at that store. I was absolutely floored. I went here before for another issue and again they were not willing to help me out. I called corporate office and made a formal complaint. I will NEVER visit or purchase any items from this store. I thought all AT&T stores were the same. What if I were visiting the area and needed help with my phone....would they have told me NO and go back to my old AT&T store. This rating system won't even let me rate it a MINUS 5-stars!!!

Thank You so Very Much to Tonald Victor , I was without a phone for 4 days loosing business and waiting a phone replacement to come in , after hours closing discussed my problem and he had taken time to give me a small temp replacement , We need more caring workers like this .Again thank you .....Debbie Stone
