The West Covina Police Department provides law enforcement services to the community of West Covina, Calif. The department is a division of the city s government. The department enforces laws pertaining to crimes against persons, crimes against property and organized crime. It also undertakes special projects and provides public information, community education and permits. In addition, the department provides traffic enforcement and maintains records pertaining to criminal activity. The West Covina Police Department also operates through the West Covina Service Group, which provides computer-aided dispatch, crime analysis, records management, administrative reporting, auditing and mobile computing. The division serves clients in California and Nevada.
