I dont think he is a fair attorney, My children were appointed to him by the courts and with only one meeting I had with him he seemed fair, however my ex-wife meet with him several times with my kids. In court he recommended that my children not spend much time with me based on what they told him, which was a whole lot of "you know what" that was said to my kids by my ex. Now I have vistiation with my kids every other weekend, and have them for 1 week out of the year for vacation during the summer. But he believes and told the courts that they did not want to stay a certain amount of days with me. He never even wanted to ask me my side of what the kids told him, he just heard from them and the ex. This was a man that told my attorney and her attorney that my ex.. needed to tell my kids that I was not the dangerous person she made me out to be when she fled to out of county for a week. I had lots of questions to ask him about that. but was never given the chance. Dont use
