DROP MY CAR OFF 4 PM YESTERDAY SAID THEY WERE BEHIND BUT THEY MANAGE TO LOOK AT IT NEXT DAY I WAS TOLD I MIGHT NEED NEW HEADS ON MY PATHFINDER BY ANOTHER AUTO MECHANIC STAY TUNED WAITING ON A ANSWER IF THEY FIND SOMETHING DIFFERENT OR CHEAPER THEY GOT A CUSTOME FOR ILIFE FRI THE 13TH THIS WAS POSTED RIGHT NOW 3 STARS COULD GO TO 5 STARS WHEN I GET ME RESULTS

Best Mechanic's Ever!



As the owner of an Orlando Florida film production company, I was, to say the least,,, troubled when my Ford Excursion, loaded down with 4 of our crew, and all of our gear, broke down while coming into Columbia for an event we had been hired to film.



Sadly,,, I had the wrecker service deliver our truck to the wrong mechanic, who, (knowing we were stranded from out of town) proceeded to do nothing with my vehicle for two and a half days and then tried to suggest I let them replace the motor in our truck, because he could not fix it otherwise.



Knowing that I have been taking really good care of this truck and it's motor, I called Whetzel's to see if he would be willing to tackle the broken tool, inside of the head of my truck and Chad informed me that they would give it their best.



So I had the wrecker pick the truck up from the other shop on Sunset and deliver it to Whetzel's and in one day,,, they were DONE.



I have never been happier with a mechanic, than I was with Whetzel's! Not only did they fix the truck in record time, but they were fair with their labor, (in spite of the fact that they knew I was in a tight spot being 500 miles away from home.)



I cannot say enough about these guys, their professionalism, and their phenomenal skills!

I have been to this repair facility multiple times. I was referred here by a coworker after getting a ridiculous estimate from another shop. They saved me hundreds of dollars. They are always honest and always tell you how much the repair will be up front. These other reviews are crazy. I have referred tons of people to them and always will. Hands down the best shop in town.

These other people with negative comments must be competitors. I've taken my car there many times and have recommended them often. One lady I sent there called me back and said she was going home to email all of her girlfriends to tell them she had the best car maintenance experience she had ever had. I know these people and they are first class. My car has 150K miles and they keep it running like new.
