Compton's Kitchen has been serving up delicious southern cooking in the Midlands of SC since 1977. We have the largest breakfast menu in town and take pride in preparing each one per the customer's requests. Our "Meat n' Three" lunch selections change daily and include such favorites as Fried Chicken, Country Style Steak, Fried Catfish, Chicken & Dumplings, Broccoli Casserole, Macaroni & Cheese, Fresh Collard Greens, Sweet Potato Souffle and many others. Our weekly menu can be found on our website. In addition, we also offer delicious salads & hand-pattied, cooked to order 1/3 lb. burgers. My favorite is the meatloaf. I've had quite a few different items, but when I'm in a meatloaf mood, I always head to Compton's. The food is great and the service is always the best. If you like soups, try their vegetable soup ... it's fantastic.
The staff is so friendly. They always take good care of us. Best prices in town for lunch. The cornbread and the veggies are my favorites.

Compton's is an absolute favorite of ours. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You are treated like family always. We have never had a bad meal.
Always enjoy the friendly staff. There is a bit of inconsistently sometimes with food seasoning but overall good food.
