My 10-year-old PC died. They said replacing it would cost more than the PC was now worth, so I bought another one and took it in to have the data on the hard disk copied over. They did a great job, handling some oddities in my old setup and making sure that protection, Thunderbird, etc. worked. Everything's worked flawlessly since. Oh, and the people are friendly and helpful too.

Once I had computers that never worked properly. I always resisted taking my bandaged systems to a professional because I believed that either it would cost too much and/or I would be bombarded with techy jargon that would only confuse the situation. West Chester Computer Doctors are now my go-to guys for all my tech needs.I have needed the Computer Doctors several times. Everytimes they have either provided solutions and/or reccomendations to my problem(s). I'm a real fan of solutions rather than problems!So, in conclusion to my novel of a review, West Chester Computer Doctors are an indespensible solution to all your tech needs! Really, it just seems that their knowledge base and skills are honed in a way that translates into fast service and reliable results. Whether it's retrieving info that others tell you is lost forever, remedying a virus attack, creating new interfaces that address your needs, fixing a problem that is so obtuse it can barely be described...or just the simplest of tasks that others think is too elementary, these guys provide solutions with respect and attention to every detail.

Not only did these guys get a computer, which I couldn't hardly boot up, working flawlessly in the SAME DAY, they were easy to get ahold of and I never had to wait when calling, showing up, or even via email. They also helped me turn an OK computer into a top of the line computer without it costing me what it would buying my own parts or paying for service. They helped me choose what parts made sense since I didn't know what I needed and did all the service to the point where I just had to go home and plug it in. I'd use them again for any of my computer or technology issues.
