Problem: No airflow
Root cause: loose wire inside the HVAC

Bill $253!!!!!
When asked about bill before the reconnecting the wire, technician wouldn't tell me how much it was going to cost.
Our furnace was leaking so we called Timothy off. BIG MISTAKE!!! Two days later their tech came out and charged us $445 to change a gasket. That didn't fix the problem and, long story short, after five service calls and about $1,000, our furnace still isn't fixed. They promised to come out a sixth time and only charge us another $258 but we declined. We're going to cut our losses and get someone else to fix it.
