Our furnace was leaking so we called Timothy Off. BIG MISTAKE!!! Two days later their tech came out and charged us $445 to change a gasket. That didn't fix the problem. Long story short, after five service calls and about $1,000, our furnace still isn't fixed. They offered to come out a sixth time and only charge us another $258 but we declined. We're going to cut our losses and get someone else to fix it.
